G-4400 is a universal vegetable slicing machine, developed for larger capacities and use in vegetable processing companies, frozen food companies, vegetable dehydration companies, etc.
The vegetable slicing machine is extremely suitable for cutting leafy vegetables (endive, various types of lettuce) as well as elongated vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, leeks and green beans. With the optional adjustable slicing disc, made with three crescent-shaped knives, cabbage and paprika can also be sliced.
The machine is realized with PLC control. The knife and belt are checked frequently. Through a display, the cutting size is easy to adjust, as is the machine speed. The belt and knife speed are increased or decreased synchronously.

A G-4400 é uma máquina universal para fatiar vegetais, desenvolvida para maiores capacidades e utilização em empresas de processamento de vegetais, empresas de alimentos congelados, empresas de desidratação de vegetais, etc.
A máquina de fatiar vegetais é extremamente adequada para o corte de vegetais folhosos (escarola, vários tipos de alface), bem como vegetais alongados como couve chinesa, alho-poró e vagem. Com o disco de fatiar ajustável opcional, realizado com três facas em forma de meia-lua, também podem ser fatiados repolho e páprica.
A máquina é realizada com controle PLC. A faca e o cinto são verificados frequentemente. Através de um display, o tamanho do corte é fácil de ajustar, assim como a velocidade da máquina. A velocidade da correia e da faca é aumentada ou diminuída sincronizadamente.
