A Bitumen Emulsion Production Plant is a facility where Bitumen Emulsion, a type of asphalt used in roadways, is produced. These plants are used to mix bitumen with water and emulsifiers, resulting in a stable and versatile asphalt production.

The mill manufactured with jacket heating, along with the bitumen pump, bitumen valves, bitumen and emulsion pipelines, offers seamless transfer and production capabilities.

We provide production capability with a rubber gear type imported water-acid-emulsifier pump suitable for working with acidic water, ensuring real capacity control.
